Swimming in Jennifer's Pool

On Sunday afternoon we were invited to come and play with Jennifer and go swimming in her pool.  It was so much fun.  The weather was perfect.  I love watching you ladies and Jennifer play.  It's funny, Toni and mommy were talking and we were saying how it seemed like when you ladies were born that there was such a huge gap between you and Jennifer, but now it's almost non-existent.  I hope that we will have tons more days like this.

We were having so much fun and the the sky got really dark, really quick so we hurried out of the pool and inside the house.  When it was time to go, Lily you said to Jennifer "next time you come swim in my pool."  Yes, Jennifer, next time you will have to come swim in our pool!

Nana Loves The Egg

We have this restaurant in town called "Another Broken Egg" or "The Egg".  We have gone there for most of the special occasions in your life, your 1st and 2nd birthday, easter, mother's day.  Well your nana loves this place. So we needed to go there while nana and papa were in town.

Before we left you ladies were playing school and Emma was the teacher.  She would say "let's learn today" and then ask questions about the heart in front of you.

We only had to wait a little while once we got there, so we did some pictures outside.  It was beautiful outside!

The food was delicious as always!  Nana ordered the cinnamon bun french toast and was in heaven.  We need to find out how to duplicate that recipe!

Nana and Papa left shortly after breakfast.  While the visit was short the memories were awesome.  We can't wait to visit again.

Shopping with Nana and Mommy

So today we were going to go window shopping in Thomasville, but Emma, you had other plans.  You woke up not feeling well so we had to make a detour at the doctor's office.

So after we visited the doctors and got medicine, we decided to stick around town.  So we went over to Market Street.  There are lots of stores over there so we just wandered around.  We went into one shoe store that had dresses as well.

Nana, thought that this was perfect for you Lily.  It looks as though you are saying, "fabulous, I'll take it!"

We had so much fun shopping with you ladies.  Maybe next time nana visits, we will make it to Thomasville.

Happy Birthday Nana

While nana and papa were visiting we were able to celebrate nana's birthday a few days earlier.  I made nana a calendar for May 2012-April 2013 with pictures of you ladies on it.  Since we had my birthday a few days earlier, you ladies knew just what to do and informed us once again that we need to have cupcakes for the birthday!

Making Pizza with Papa

Papa wanted to have pizza for dinner so instead of buying it, he decided to make it.  You ladies were very instrumental in making sure that everything was perfect.  I love the way that you both watched everything that he did.  You are like that when I am cooking as well.
